So I started making some felted clips and earrings and wooden pendants with my friends Doni and David, with much input from my amazing and wonderful husband, and here we are two months later, and our stuff is in stores!! You can find "Mr. Other One" stuff at leo hand made gallery and some at collective clothing. We are doing a craft fare this weekend for Hamilton County teachers, and I just applied to be at the Chattanooga Market!!
Anyway, I'll post some pics of the stuff soon....i'm so tired from pushing so hard to get this stuff out there.

I feel much better now
Several people had commented on how my last blog was depressing. Well, here's one that's not. I've been making bows and hair clips, and I cut my hair. I love it. I'm also trying to make jewelry which you should be able to purchase at collective clothing and/or Leo Handmade Gallery. Both awesome stores...here go some pics....

It's been a while
No blog in a long time...but I found myself with not much to do this day (Saturday). This is the first block of multiple hours that I've had completely to myself in a long long time. While I have certainly been less than productive, I think that it has been good. I have been having a hard time finding value in things that aren't directly related to survival (ie. work, food prep., etc.)

my job rules!
Things. I am a nanny. It is totally awesome. Please hang out with me as my schedule is now really flexible and I can go anywhere...reasonably speaking.

I got a new job
Hello everyone! I haven't posted in a long while, but I'm back. I mostly haven't posted because I've been really busy with my job, but because of that- I quit, and I've got a new and exciting career as a nanny! I'm pretty excited about the prospect of being responsible for just one child instead of 15. I'll be working on not complicating my life too much, taking some time to sit back and chill, and then applying to grad school. Anyway, I'm happy about the transition- just wanted to give everyone a little update on myself. So there.
